RaceForm is an online entry platform built by the team behind Racetec race timing. We built it because organisers kept asking for a fairer way to take entries online.

For over 20 years, Racetec has timed races for organisers around the world. Those organisers kept telling us the same thing: taking entries online costs too much, and the platforms are too rigid.
So we built RaceForm. A flat fee per entry instead of a percentage of your entry price, pages you can actually make your own, and entrant data treated with respect. Nothing radical, just the way we'd want it to work if we were running the race.

What we stand for
We charge a flat fee per entry, not a percentage. Whether your entry costs $5 or $500, our fee is the same. Your ticket price is your business, not our revenue model.
Every race is different. Your race, your pages, your questions. The platform adapts to you, not the other way around.
Entrants never need an account. We collect only the personal data your race needs, delete it once the race is done, and never sell it.
